Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer experience across the sales floor.
• Coach the team on SOPs, brand standards, and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure omni-channel service excellence.
