The role partners with store management to optimize staffing and training on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive store floor and stockroom operations.
• Coach and develop associates to maximize sales.
• Provide feedback on performance to Store Management.
• Assist in training on operations, product, policies and procedures.
• Maintain effective scheduling and guest experience.
