Job summary

White House | Black Market, Inc. in Plano, TX, is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, model customer-centric hospitality, and support leadership responsibilities.

You will set the tone for achieving goals with clear direction and foster a welcoming environment that goes beyond transactions. Responsibilities include assisting with opening/closing, sharing brand priorities, coaching staff, managing cash, scheduling, inventory, and ensuring knowledge of promotions and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
