Job summary

White House Black Market in Frisco, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, model brand standards, and deliver welcoming, personalized customer experiences. You’ll partner with store leadership to drive performance and culture across the floor.

You’ll coach associates, share product knowledge, manage scheduling and operations, and help execute promotions while maintaining stock, cash handling, and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment that reflects our hospitality focus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Support associate development and contribute to a positive work environment.
