LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and mentor a team at Store 1406-Town Center @Levis Commons, Perrysburg, OH. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, brand representation, and driving a seamless customer journey across in-store and digital platforms, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel shopping.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
