Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates at our Birmingham store. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver personalized service, onboard and coach staff, and ensure smooth store operations aligned with brand standards.

You will lead by example, nurture a highly engaged team, and uphold high visual and customer service standards while supporting an inclusive, omni-channel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and model brand behaviors.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store operations and leadership.
• Onboard and develop a highly engaged sales team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on customers.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates for better customer interactions.
• Support omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
