Job summary

LOFT in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and coach associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily store functions and step in as manager when needed.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll use POS technology to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model excellent customer experiences across the store.
• Support onboarding and development of a highly engaged team.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to run store functions and cover manager duties as needed.
• Provide timely feedback, coaching, and guidance to associates.
• Ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools and technology.
