KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Orland Park, IL to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You will drive brand standards and foster a welcoming, hospitality-driven culture that goes beyond transactions to create memorable experiences for customers.

You will supervise operations, coach the team, manage scheduling and inventory, and help execute promotions while maintaining a high level of ownership and initiative.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide coaching feedback.
