Ann Taylor is seeking a part-time Sales Lead at Store 2257 - Wrentham Premium in MA. You will support and role model excellent customer experiences, working with the Store Manager to guide associates and ensure brand standards are met.

Responsibilities include onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, coaching in-the-moment, and leveraging tools to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsabilités

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates deliver excellent customer interactions.
