Job summary

Ann Taylor at Natick Mall is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer service and guide a team of associates. You will work closely with the Store Manager to run store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, maintain brand standards, and use tools to ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales with a customer-first mindset.
• Past leadership or mentoring roles preferred.
• Comfort operating a POS system and handling transactions.
• Strong communication and ability to coach others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to support store operations.
