LOFT in Wichita, KS is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team and model exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to train and support associates while representing the LOFT brand on the floor.

The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, enjoys coaching teammates, and is comfortable with a POS system. Flexible availability, strong organization, and proactive decision making are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technologically proficient; able to operate POS systems.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Organizes, delegates and prioritizes assignments to meet deadlines.

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can excel with customers.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions and enable seamless omnichannel shopping.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
