LOFT in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver outstanding customer experiences while guiding a team of associates. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations, onboarding, coaching, and daily execution of brand standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of retail sales experience, management experience preferred, and comfort with POS systems. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within LOFT.

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can bring their best to customer interactions.
