Job summary

LOFT in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Lead who will model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates to deliver personalized service. You will partner with the Store Manager to run store operations, onboard and develop a high-energy team, and ensure the brand’s standards are consistently met.

The role emphasizes coaching, communication, and initiative, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a collaborative approach to omnichannel shopping

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
