Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 1710 in Overland Park, KS to inspire the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to onboard and develop a highly engaged sales team, model LOFT's brand behaviors, and maintain visual and operational standards while driving a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech savvy with point-of-sale systems and store tech.

Responsibilities

• Support store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Model LOFT's brand and customer experience behaviors.
• Provide guidance and coaching to associates for in-the-moment feedback.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
