LOFT in Little Rock is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide and support associates, collaborate with the Store Manager on store operations, and step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards and driving sales. This position requires hands-on coaching, proficiency with store tools for omnichannel shopping, and proactive scheduling and prioritization.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Provide guidance and support to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to operate store functions and step in as manager when needed.
• Drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
• Use feedback to coach associates and improve performance.
