Chico's FAS, Inc. Kendall store is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, lead by example, and uphold brand standards while delivering hospitality-driven experiences that reflect our culture.

You will partner with store leaders to manage operations, coach associates, handle scheduling, and maintain inventory with a customer-centered approach. This role offers growth opportunities within our brand family.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Know current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
