Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead for the Peabody, MA store to support a superior customer experience and guide associates. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, team development, and maintaining brand standards across the sales floor, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and seamless omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• 6–months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Must be technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with customer focus.
