Qualifications

• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates for customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships and support store priorities and promotions.
• Step into store management roles when needed.
