KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our White House Black Market location in Edinburgh, IN. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to create memorable, customer-centric experiences reflective of our hospitality culture.

You will coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, and help drive sales while ensuring brand standards and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
