Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Chico’s in Canton, CT. You will supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction.

You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, coach staff, and collaborate with store leadership to achieve goals while delivering memorable shopping experiences. This role requires flexibility and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
