Job summary

LOFT in Boston is looking for a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide and coach associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations, ready to step in as manager when needed.

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and coach associates.
