Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to support Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, delivering MAPS-based service and maximizing profitability. You will coach the sales team, manage daily operations, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

The role emphasizes team leadership, communication, and the ability to adapt to promotions and omni-channel initiatives while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and communicates clear expectations and holds team accountable for brand, performance, and behavior standards.
• Oversees opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, and store operations.
• Supervises sales associates, inventory receipt, and cash handling; ensures proper floor coverage and promotions.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed by Management.
• Trains and coaches selling team on product knowledge and location fulfillment.
• Drives high-performance culture and motivates team to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Supports training programs and employee development, providing feedback for evaluations.
