Paper Source Paoli is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to model great selling behaviors, share product knowledge, and elevate the customer experience. You will lead the store team, mentor CSAs, and collaborate to meet sales goals and operations excellence.

You will drive merchandising, campaigns, and service standards, while ensuring safety and loss prevention. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and delivering memorable shopping experiences for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences with friendly, informed service.
• Ensure vibrant store appearance through Visual Merchandising & Replenishment standards.
• Leverage campaigns and services to actively sell and engage with customers.
• Help develop employees by sharing knowledge and supporting their growth.
• Direct store operations with timely management of receiving, returns and day-to-day tasks.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations and store experience.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead during MOD periods to deliver sales and meet targets.
• Oversee merchandising and replenishment during MOD periods.
• Open and close the store, ensuring staff and customer safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety, customer experience and asset protection standards.
• Perform physical store tasks including standing, bending, lifting.
