Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Orlando to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead the store team in daily operations. The role includes coaching associates, driving sales, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

You will also support inventory, shipments, and events while ensuring a premium POP MART brand experience for collectors and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on the sales floor and act as Leader on Duty when management is unavailable.
• Help achieve store sales goals and KPIs including conversion, UPT, ATV and customer engagement.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and ensure a clean, organized store environment.
• Support visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and back-of-house operations.
• Represent POP MART brand and participate in events, activations, and store openings.
