POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Nashua, NH. You will lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure top-tier customer experiences while driving sales and meeting KPIs. Expect flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. As Leader on Duty, you’ll coach staff, manage inventory, and deliver POP MART’s premium in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to achieve performance goals.
