DXL is seeking a self-driven Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, assess needs and recommend apparel, including private labels and name brands.

You will also coach and train teammates on selling skills, product knowledge and store procedures to achieve sales goals, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree helpful but not required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and problem resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
