Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree helpful but not required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and spend quality time to learn their needs and preferences.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert across apparel and tailored clothing.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to the selling team on skills, behaviors, and procedures.
