Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead for our Pittsburgh location, working with store leaders to supervise the team and uphold brand standards. You will foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture, while driving sales and coaching staff.

Responsibilities include store operations, coaching, inventory, scheduling, and applying brand priority messages on the sales floor. Must be 18+, with 2 years of retail management preferred, and be flexible for nights,

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations (opening/closing).
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
