Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership in Scottsdale to supervise the team and model exceptional customer experiences. This role drives brand standards, directs daily operations, and fosters a hospitality-focused culture that reflects Soma’s values.

As a pivotal member, you’ll coach associates, manage scheduling, and ensure merchandise availability while embracing omni-channel initiatives and brand priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, schedules, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed on current promotions and store policies and share updates with the team.
