Soma in Warrington, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model the brand’s hospitality. You’ll guide staff on daily operations and create memorable, customer-centered experiences on the sales floor.

The role requires 2 years of retail management, 18+, strong communication, flexibility for nights/weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You’ll coach teammates, share product knowledge, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and general operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable on promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide scheduling assistance when needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and promote teamwork.
