You will support operations, coaching, scheduling, and product knowledge sharing while driving performance goals. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and use an omni-channel approach.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
