White House Black Market in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and lead by example. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, customer-centric environment and upholding brand standards to drive memorable shopping experiences.

You will support operations, coaching, and schedule management while promoting a positive team culture and strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
