You will coach and develop team members, identify customer needs, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Maintain product knowledge to help customers make confident purchasing decisions and support store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a strong sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Proven ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting community engagement.
• Train and coach team members to ensure store success.
• Drive store performance by identifying customer needs and helping achieve sales targets.
