Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help lead store efforts and achieve individual store goals in a fast-paced New York environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain brand standards.

You will mentor staff, manage inventory, and participate in loss prevention while upholding company policies. The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, teamwork, and a technology-enabled in-store experience to delight shoppers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required.
• Experience with sales/retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven to take on new challenges with self-motivation for your work and career.
• Excellent communicator with a passion for people.
• An effective and expedient problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Actively lead by example and inspire others to generate clientele and maximize customer retention
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer first mindset
• Contribute to a technology led in-store experience for customers that surprises and delights
• Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores on service evaluation through NPS
• Act as brand ambassador and embody brand values
• Uphold inventory accuracy and controls in store through cycle counts and overseeing inventory
• Track metrics for BOH fulfillment, mis-pulls, cycle counts & overall inventory accuracy
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and train alongside leadership
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures and weekly workflow
• Support merchandising presentation strategy and train staff
• Provide real-time and weekly feedback on sales and allocation to leadership
• Uphold policies and procedures
• Motivate and support sales associates
• Onboard new hires with in-the-moment coaching
• Contribute to training and customer experience programs
