Job summary

The Reformation Inc. in White Plains, NY is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage daily operations, train staff, and drive sales through relationship-building and brand engagement.

With at least 3 years in retail, you’ll oversee inventory, loss prevention, and merchandising while maintaining policy standards and delivering a technology-driven, customer-first in-store experience for our diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience required.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers.
• Self-motivated with drive to take on new challenges and learn.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Lead by example to generate clientele and retain customers.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Maintain in-store technology-enabled shopping experiences.
• Maintain high customer service scores on evaluations.
• Act as brand ambassador and train staff on brand values.
• Oversee inventory controls, cycle counts, and product receiving/removal.
• Monitor BOH fulfillment metrics and address gaps with leadership.
• Contribute to loss prevention and enforce store policies.
• Maintain store procedures and weekly workflows.
• Support merchandising standards and staff training.
• Provide feedback on sales and stock to leadership based on data.
• Onboard new hires and coach existing associates.
• Contribute to training and customer experience programs.
• Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive team environment.
