Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and execute efforts to achieve store goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive customer engagement, brand representation, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes a technology-enabled in-store experience, inventory accuracy, and staff coaching to deliver outstanding customer service across a multi-order, multi-channel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Excellent communicator with a passion for people.
• Problem-solver with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Lead by example and inspire others to generate clientele and maximize customer retention.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Contribute to a technology-led in-store experience for customers.
• Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores on service evaluation through NPS.
• Uphold brand values and be knowledgeable in all conversations about the brand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and controls, cycle counts, and inbound/outbound handling.
