Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead our store team in delivering a standout customer experience and achieving sales goals. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a hands-on leader who can train, motivate, and manage inventory accuracy daily.

You'll work a flexible schedule with 30–40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed, in a fast-paced retail environment across our brand stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required.
• Experience working in a sales/retail organization or operationally intensive business.
• Fast-paced environment adaptability and strong communication with diverse customers.
