The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. You will maintain product knowledge, assist with opening/closing, and embody a service mindset that makes customers feel valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in training and developing team members, leading by example, and providing coaching and support.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and providing personalized styling recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to support customers in making confident purchases.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, visual merchandising, and inventory.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Navigate communication across organizational levels and adapt messaging to audiences.
