J.Jill is seeking a passionate Sales Lead to support store leadership, drive sales, and mentor team members. You will create meaningful connections with customers and deliver an exceptional shopping experience within our community.

You will train and coach associates, maintain product knowledge, and help execute store operations, visual merchandising, and adherence to policies while meeting sales targets. Flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a strong sales, customer-obsessed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting community engagement.
• Assist in training and developing team members, providing coaching to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to assist customers in confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, merchandising, floor sets, inventory and policy adherence.
