J.Jill is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, drive sales, and help create meaningful customer connections in a dynamic retail environment. You will mentor team members, deliver personalized styling, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced store setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of retail experience, a passion for service, and a proven ability to inspire and engage customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in training and developing team members, leading by example, and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing store, manager on duty, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
