Job summary

Soma in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, set the tone on the floor, and deliver welcoming, customer-centered experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You will coach the team, share brand priorities, manage daily operations like opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and lead with product knowledge across omni‑channel channels to drive sales and service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas and insights with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
