Soma is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders in Norcross, GA. You will supervise the team, model exceptional service, and support leadership tasks to ensure brand standards and a welcoming, customer-focused culture.

You will coach staff, manage operations like cash handling and inventory, and help execute promotions and policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations.
