Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at Park Meadows in Lone Tree, CO to provide a best-in-class customer experience and support sales & operations. You will work with the Store Manager and a team to drive engagement, train staff, and maintain merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, energy, and collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to events, promotions, and community initiatives while reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.).
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Embed Fabletics culture and assist customers in Live their passion.
• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to optimize the shopping journey.
• Contribute feedback to continuously improve the business.
• Aim to meet/exceed store objectives in performance, productivity and quality.
