Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Cherry Creek location in Denver, CO. You will drive a best-in-class customer experience, lead a team, and collaborate with the Store Manager to exceed KPI targets.

You’ll engage customers with product knowledge, manage in-store events, and help maintain merchandising standards while ensuring safety and smooth operations. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, cycling, running, etc.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, and fit.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to inspire associates and meet goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and communicate inventory needs.
• Unpack inventory boxes and uphold safety standards.
• Report availability and training needs to Store Manager.
