Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Leawood, KS store to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support both Sales & Operations. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure excellent product knowledge and shopping journeys across in-store and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge & familiarity with active lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Running, etc.).
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit and function of products.
• Lead customer experiences to drive engagement inside and outside the store, including events and promotions.
• Train and give feedback to staff using the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet targets.
• Share inventory and training needs with the Store Manager to improve the experience.
