Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Cherry Creek store in Denver, CO. You will lead customer engagement, train team members, and partner with the Store Manager to hit sales targets while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You will leverage product knowledge, manage merchandising, and participate in events, promotions, and omnichannel initiatives to connect with customers both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and helping customers choose suitable gear.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners in-store.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-store.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to meet performance goals.
