Job summary

Fabletics in Murray, UT is seeking a full-time Sales Lead to deliver a best-in-class retail experience and support sales and operations at Fashion Place. You will work with the Store Manager and a team of associates to engage customers, explain fabrics and fit, and help drive sales and store objectives while upholding security and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running).
• Ability to engage with customers, employees and business partners in a store setting.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivation and effective communication.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, stand, bend, and lift 10–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Embed our culture and values and provide insights to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community involvement.
• Provide training and feedback related to Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet or exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
• Offer feedback to improve business performance.
• Maintain safety and security standards and manage issues as they arise.
• Unpack inventory boxes and handle goods weighing 10–30 lbs.
