Job summary

KnitWell Group’s LOFT brand in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support store operations and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will guide and coach associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and step into management when needed.

The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and maintaining high visual/operational standards while promoting the LOFT brand across omnichannel channels.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient in operating a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Provide guidance and coaching to associates for improved performance.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and step in as manager when needed.
