KnitWell Group's LOFT store in Waynesboro, VA is seeking a Sales Lead who champions personalized customer experiences and supports associates while partnering with the Store Manager to run daily operations.

You will mentor teams, maintain brand standards, drive omnichannel service, and be ready to step in as acting manager when needed; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
