Job summary

KnitWell Group in Westwood, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to mentor associates and model exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily store operations and become the go-to expert on store functions.

You’ll drive the brand’s service standards, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, and ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become a store functions expert.
• Step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide feedback and coaching to the team.
